PV PRESSURE / VACUUM TEST BENCH OPEREATION MANUAL
A-) MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE: Bench to be kept clean in a dehumidified place when out of test operation B-) PREPARING AMBIANCE FOR TEST -Keep the test bench and PV Valve test foundation near a service air supply valve. -Service air(in engine room or on the deck) can be used for test bench -Test air must be dry and dehumidified condition. Therefore if air system does not have this specification.please drain the line for enough time. -Please take care all valves are closed position before supplying air to the system.also be sure to connect to the consol of the PV Valve safely. -Test bench have two different discharge lines, one of them for pressure ,other one for vacuum test control connection hoses can be connected easily with the quick coupling.
C-) TEST OPERATIONS -Open the air supply valve.
-Adjust the pressure regulator valve (4bar/59 psi value is preferable) -Open the pressure regulator valve gradually and check the scale of the gauge at the opening time of the head of the pressure side
-You can check several
times -After testing,close both of the valves. -Change the connection hose from discharge of pressure side to discharge of vacuum side -Open the air supply valve . -Open the vacuum ejecter valve and be sure working of the ejecter nozzle which is in the box. -Then open the vacuum regulator valve gradually and check the scale of the gauge at the moving of the vacuum weight spindle. -After testing close all the valves.
